In defense of the judge, he made his ruling based on the case. The prosecution was USELESS and INADEQUATE so much so that it was shameful. Their case was unorganized and misinformed. Which leads me to wonder if they were really trying in the first place. Given that the prosecution had the burden of proof and did such a horrendous job, the judge had to make the decision based on the case that was presented to him.

They are the ones that allow my husband and I to write-off vehicles because they are considered part of our business, as well as repairs and updates for additional property.
